Any ring from KJJ can be sized to fit and adjusted if need be, so don't panic if you aren't sure about the exact size.

To help get it right first time of asking on size though, we have a couple of tried and tested tricks of the trade that won’t delay your order.

Please read the "Not Sure" section if you aren't certain about the size of the ring.

If you want a custom size however, or just don't know your UK ring size, please read the "Custom Size" section.

Not Sure

For you - If you’re ordering for yourself and you’re not sure on your ring size - order the ‘Not Sure’ option from the size menu. Let us know in the notes at checkout that you’re not sure on your size, and we’ll send a ring sizer out to you ASAP. Email us with your size once your sizer is delivered, and we will let the workshop know to start making your mount ready to be set as soon as your already ordered Diamonds arrive.

For someone else - If you’re ordering for someone else and you’re not sure what their size is - order the ‘Not Sure‘ option from the size menu, let us know it’s a gift / engagement ring, and we will send you a ring gauge that you can use to measure a ring that the person you're buying for wears, that should either give us either an exact measurement, or a very good idea of size. Interestingly, the right hand ring finger tends to be a size bigger than the left hand wedding ring finger, so if you can measure any ring, worn on any finger at all, we can usually be pretty accurate with a surreptitiously borrowed ring and a ring gauge.

Once you've measured your finger, or a ring that fits the finger that you’re buying for, let us know the size required by email or PM/DM, and we’ll have your ring made to size, set, and on its way as soon as it’s ready.

Custom Sizing

If you know your size, but you're not sure what that is in a UK ring size - choose Custom Size, put your international size in the Notes at checkout box, and we will make to your exact size.

If you want a half, or even a quarter size - we can make it exactly to fit you! Order in Custom size, let us know your size in the Notes at checkout, and we’ll make to measure.

And if your ring arrives and it needs a tweak size wise, don’t worry, get in touch and we are happy to adjust the size free of charge. Please note, re-sizing can take up to two weeks.

Your order is usually ready for fully tracked and insured delivery, or collection from our London Hatton Garden office within four weeks of your order.
