Edwardian 5.00 Carat Blue Zircon, 10.00 Carat Citrine and Seed Pearl Lavaliere Necklace

This magnificent antique lavaliere necklace is a total showstopper. It features a stunning round cut Blue Zircon, which is approximately 5.00 carats, set atop a beautiful oval cut Citrine of approximately 10.00 carats, suspended on a chain interspaced with lovely seed pearls. The gems are all set in sterling silver, which contrasts beautifully with the pastel colours of the Blue Zircon and the Citrine. Zircon is a phenomenal natural gemstone (not to be confused with synthetic Cubic Zirconia) known for having one of the highest refractive indexes of any gem, which gives it remarkable fire, sparkle and scintillation. Its sparkle and brilliance is one of the only coloured gems to be on par with Diamonds, and often even surpasses them
