This Tanzanite is breathtaking, it’s the deepest liveliest Royal blue colour with just a tiny hint of Purple. It’s so so pretty. The Tanzanite weighs in at 1.60 carats, and its perfectly balanced by the 0.48 carats of Natural diamonds set either side. This is a very very nice ring, it is wedfit, but I would say, only go for this as an engagement ring if you aren't planning on battering it. If you want a ring you can batter, you're looking at Diamonds, Rubies, and Sapphires, Tanz is just a tiny bit less hard, it won’t crack, but it could pick up scratches. They can be polished out, but just worth saying, this is not a ring to dry stone wall in. It’s a ring for coffee in a sunny piazza, and it really does come alive in the sunshine.
