This is such a gorgeous Moissanite three stone ring! This ring has a sweet spot carat weight of 2.00 carats; it’s perfectly finger-filling without being overly big. This ring would make a wonderful engagement ring, or a great right hand, travel ring or cocktail ring.
Moissanite is a really interesting gem that was first discovered on a meteorite and was thought to be Diamond. It has a higher refractive index than Diamond (making it sparklier) and is 9.5 on the Mohs scale. Diamonds are 10 and Sapphires are 9, making Moissanite very hard and very dazzling, perfect for an engagement ring! Natural Moissanites are a very rare mineral, and so most gems used in jewellery today are lab-created with the exact same chemical composition and structure as one naturally occurring on Earth, or in space!
