18.68 Carat Rose Quartz, Sapphire and Diamond Ring in 18ct Rose Gold

It's set in a beautiful 18ct Rose Gold mount, surrounded by Pink and Yellow Sapphires and White Diamonds, which gives it such a luxurious appeal. The Rose Quartz is 18.68 carats and the Diamonds weigh 0.35 total carats.  

This ring is a size M 1/2 (US 6 1/4) and can be sized to fit.
