Returns & Refunds

We hope you absolutely love your purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply email us at info@kjj.rocks and we’ll be happy to help. Once your return has been approved, please send your item to:

Please note the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.

Please make sure to contact us before sending anything back, as returns sent without first requesting a return unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@kjj.rocks. We’ll look into the issue and do our best to make things right.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to process and show the refund in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned. This includes earrings, for hygiene reasons, and certain bespoke or made-to-order pieces.

Exchanges

At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you’d prefer is to return your original item and, once your return has been accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like.
