19.00 CTW Oval Cut Moissanite Drop Earrings in Sterling Silver

These are absolutely stunning, completely bedazzling Moissanite drop earrings!  The bottom, larger oval cut Moissanites have a carat weight of approx 6.20 carats each, giving a carat weight of 12.40 carats. The oval cut stones are topped by dazzling round brilliant cut Moissanites, which weigh in at 3.30 carats each. All added together, the carat weight of these monumental earrings is 19.00ctw!!

These earrings are utterly mesmerising, they illuminate the room, and the wearers face with a bucket load of sparkle. These earrings have so much movement, they really are beautifully flattering next to the face. These are red carpet ready earrings, and have actually been sported by the fabulous Georgia Toffolo on the red carpet, at the London Barbie Premiere. They’re another level fab!!

Moissanite is a really interesting gem that was first discovered on a meteorite and was thought to be Diamond. It has a higher refractive index than Diamond (making it sparklier) and is 9.5 on the Mohs scale. Diamonds are 10 and Sapphires are 9, so it’s very hard and very dazzling, perfect for an engagement ring! Natural Moissanites are a very rare mineral, and so most gems used in jewellery today are lab-created with the exact same chemical composition and structure as one naturally occurring on Earth (or in space!)
